It has a been a great year in sales in Gray Eagle Golf Community in Fishers.

The neighborhood offers homes ranging mid to upper 200′s up to $659,000 currently. There are 16 active homes on the market! Gray Eagle is one of our favorite neighborhoods to sell in and we wanted to report on what sold in 2011! 24 homes closed with an average asking price of $360,510 and average sales price of $346,368. The highest sale was a custom 5 bed, 5 bath home in the Woods section for $$485,000. The lowest sale was in Hawks Landing section for $272,881. With a pool, tennis, golf course with driving range and indoor &outdoor putting greens close to good schools and down the street from Geist Reservoir this is the place to live in Fishers!
