This year has been a good year in sales on Geist Reservoir. As a Geist Waterfront Expert and avid boater, I am always interested in every home coming on the market and how many waterfront homes are selling. This being near the end of November 2011, 33 waterfront homes on Geist Reservoir have closed. The highest sale was Reggie Miller’s Home, 20,685sqft on 5.54 acres which just closed 10/14/2011 for 4.5 million! The lowest single family home on the water had a pool and 4229sqft and closed for $350,000. What an exciting year and we are expecting an even better year next year.
